Real Estate platform for sales and manage projects
Uncierre is a digital platform designed to transform how real estate developers manage sales, streamline operations, and close deals. By replacing manual processes and paperwork with a seamless digital experience, it enables faster, more efficient, and transparent transactions.

Research
The project started with an evaluation of Flattlo, the previous version of the platform, to identify usability issues and navigation pain points. Through research with real estate advisors, administrators, and managers, I discovered the need for a more intuitive experience, better visibility of quotations and reservations, and clearer workflows for each user type. These findings became the foundation for the redesign and rebranding into Uncierre.

Define
Based on the research insights, I restructured the platform’s navigation and prioritized key functionalities according to each user role. The focus was on improving the quotation process, reservation tracking, project administration, and inventory management, while creating a more organized and efficient user experience across the platform.

Prototype
I designed a modern and modular interface that simplified navigation and improved usability for all user profiles. The reservation flow was redesigned into a step-by-step process, and new administrative tools such as inventory uploads and company settings were integrated to create a smoother and more cohesive platform experience.

Problem Solved
The original platform lacked visual clarity and intuitive navigation, making it difficult for users to efficiently manage quotations, reservations, and prospect information.
The redesign introduced a more realistic and structured quotation experience inspired by Nielsen’s usability heuristics, allowing users to clearly understand actions, statuses, and workflows within the platform.
Additionally, the experience was redesigned to centralize critical actions such as:
Managing quotations
Reviewing pending quotation statuses
Tracking reservations
Accessing and editing prospect information
This helped reduce cognitive load and improve task visibility across the platform.
