Stellantis Fleet website re-design

The Stellantis Fleet Redesign project focused on improving the user experience and modernizing an existing fleet platform that объединяет brands like Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, RAM, and Fiat. My role involved redesigning key interfaces and creating modular components for the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and a smoother experience across multiple brand pages.

The Challenge

The project focused on redesigning the existing Stellantis Fleet platform, a website that brings together brands such as Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, RAM, and Fiat for commercial and heavy-duty vehicle solutions. The main challenge was improving the overall user experience while maintaining consistency across multiple brand pages and adapting the platform to business-focused audiences such as construction companies and government fleets.

Design Approach

During the redesign process, I worked on improving layouts, user flows, and overall visual consistency across the platform. A key part of the project involved creating missing components for the existing design system, ensuring they were modular, reusable, and scalable for different page structures and brand needs. All design decisions were continuously refined based on stakeholder and client feedback.

Design Handoff

To support development and ensure consistency, I prepared organized design files with reusable components, responsive behaviors, and clear interaction guidelines. This helped create a smoother collaboration between design and development teams while maintaining a fluid and functional experience throughout the platform.

My Role

Design of missing components for the Design System

  • Mobile and desktop UI Design

  • Main navigation design and responsive breakpoints

  • Interactive prototyping

  • Handoff documentation for development team implementation

Problem Solved

The platform required a clearer information structure and a more intuitive service experience for fleet users navigating Mopar memberships and maintenance services.

The redesign focused on improving:

  • Information hierarchy

  • Navigation clarity

  • Service discoverability

  • Membership registration flows

Special attention was given to simplifying registration forms and making membership benefits easier to understand, including services such as:

  • Oil change inspections

  • Tire replacement

  • Engine diagnostics

  • Vehicle part adjustments and repairs

Impact

Improved content hierarchy and platform structure across responsive experiences

  • Enhanced usability for Mopar membership registration flows

  • Increased clarity of vehicle service offerings and maintenance benefits

  • Created scalable and reusable design system components
